Democrats who voted against Physician Assisted Suicide are key to stopping the bill in 2011

Send us your thoughts and tips to rob@truenorthradio.com

As you are probably aware, the legislature in Montpelier, led by Peter Shumlin, has introduced another bill seeking to legalize “Physician Assisted Suicide” in Vermont. Thanks be to God, a similar measure was defeated in Vermont in 2007.

Below is a list of 22 democrats who voted against the measure in 2007 and are still in the house. I urge you to call, write or email each of them to express your concern and request that they vote as they did in 2007. Every little bit helps.

We are up against a strong tide (perhaps even a tsunami) with representation that leans strongly against the right to life. This effort is being heavily funded and supported by forces outside our state who seek an easy victory in our progressive environment. Don’t think your voice does not count! Please help derail this effort.

Thank you.
