Physicians Lack the Political Clout of Teachers  

I find it interesting that Gov. Shumlin would like to “reimberse providers based on healthy outcomes instead of fee for service”. Perhaps these physicians are not part of a powerful union like, let’s say, teachers. If they were, outcomes wouldn’t be on the table.
