Statehouse Video: Senate committee weighs changes to Vermont’s open meeting law, public records access

Earlier this month, the Senate Committee on Government Operations reviewed H.910, an act relating to the Open Meeting Law and the Public Records Act. The measure developed as an initiative of the Secretary of State’s office, which seeks to address common concerns with open meetings and public records policies.
